These terms apply to enquiries made through BND Designer Kitchens & Wardrobes and to any quote, deposit, manufacturing, or installation work we provide.

Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Pricing may change after that point if material costs have moved. Quotes are free of charge with no obligation.

Deposits

We require a deposit to commence manufacture. The deposit amount and balance schedule will be confirmed in your written quote. The balance is due upon completion of installation.

Warranty

We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on every installation, plus a lifetime warranty on Blum and Häfele hardware mechanical components. Warranty claims should be made by phone or email; we will arrange a site visit to assess and rectify any issues at no cost.

Cancellations

Cancellations made before manufacture begins receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations after manufacturing has commenced will incur costs for materials and labour to that point.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of our installed work. We carry full public liability insurance and certificates are available on request.
